BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Alan Jones (Non-Executive Chairman)
Mr Jones is a chartered accountant with extensive senior management and board experience in listed and unlisted Australian public companies, particularly in the construction, engineering, finance and investment industries. Mr Jones has been involved in the successful merger and acquisition of a number of public companies in Australia and internationally. He is a Non-Executive Director of Mulpha Australia Limited, Sun Hung Kai & Co. Limited (Hong Kong), Allied Group Limited (Hong Kong) and Allied Properties Limited (Hong Kong) and Mount Gibson Iron Limited.

John Langley (Non-Executive Director)
John has a background in mining and resources and is currently the general manager of UCC Energy, a company developing state of the art clean coal technology. He was a director and general manager of Base Resources Limited, and a director and CEO of Keldan Technologies Limited. He was also a general manager of White Industries Aust Group. He has been responsible for constructing, commissioning and operating large scale pilot plants, which includes numerous liaisons with domestic and international governments, resource bodies and other related entities. His specialty lies in analysis of new opportunities across technology and other related industries.

David Hobart (Managing Director)
David has over 25 years experience in property transactions, funds management, investment and development. Having been a director for Richard Ellis and Grant Samuel, David has managed a series of major transactions including devising, managing and implementing diversements strategies for David Holdings, David Jones, Barclays Global Investors and BNP Paribas. He also has extensive knowledge in real estate development for commercial, industrial, residential and hotel projects, including the Merchant Court and Tower Apartments, Arena and Linden Projects. David has a Masters in Commerce from the University of Western Sydney.

Peggy Yeoh (Non-Executive Director)
Peggy was formerly a senior solicitor with Clayton Utz within the mergers and acquisition department. She has considerable experience in large-scale M&A deals specialising in corporate structuring. She has an honours degree in Law and Accounting from Queensland University of Technology.

Ian Bangs (Company Secretary/CFO)
Ian has over 25 years experience in senior finance positions including 10 years as the CFO of the Regent Sydney Hotel. He has also been CFO / Finance Director for Hooper Bailie Industries and Consolidation Coal of Australia. Ian has a balance of commercial, financial and operational experience. Ian has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of NSW and is a Fellow CPA.
