The operations of the IFC Capital Limited comprise three key areas undertaken by the following wholly owned subsidiaries:

• IFC Funds Management Limited promotes and invites external investment into wholesale unit trusts, which will be structured around profitable asset acquisition in infrastructure and property and managed by IFC Capital with a view to creating wealth for both unit holders in the trusts and shareholders in IFC Capital. IFC Capital will earn performance, acquisition and management fee related to the unit trust business in accordance with management agreements which are in line with industry standards. • IFC Marketing Pty Limited provides property advisory services where fees will be earned through acquisition, development management and marketing management advice and transactions on development, property & infrastructure projects.
• 
  IFC Cranebrook Limited is the Trustee for the IFC Development Trust which purchased 181 hectares of land at 829-843 The Northern Road, Cranebrook, NSW in October 2004. IFC Cranebrook is working towards a rezoning of the site.
